1. Who we are

These terms govern the vehicle repair and maintenance services provided by FixGo Auto Repairing & Maintenance LLC ("FIXGO", "we", "us"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating from Al Quoz, Dubai, together with your use of https://fixgo.ae.

You can reach us at +971 52 140 2646 or info@fixgo.ae. Our opening hours are 9am-7pm, open every day.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By booking a service with us, handing your vehicle to us, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

These terms are published in English. Where we provide a translation for convenience, the English version governs.

3. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative and depend on your vehicle, its condition and the parts required. We give you a quote before any work starts, and that quote is what you pay for the work it covers.

If we find additional faults once work is underway, we will contact you with a revised quote and wait for your approval. We do not carry out chargeable work you have not approved.

Diagnostic time may be chargeable where a fault cannot be identified without it. We will tell you before we start if that applies.

4. Bookings, mobile service and pickup

Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or the quote form on this website. A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it, not when you submit the form.

Where we offer mobile repair or free pickup and drop-off, this is subject to our service area, technician availability, and the job being one that can be done safely away from the workshop. Some repairs require the workshop, and we will tell you when that is the case.

For mobile service you are responsible for providing safe, lawful and accessible parking at the address you give us. If our technician cannot work safely at the location, we may need to move the vehicle to our workshop.

Timescales we give are estimates made in good faith. Parts availability, hidden faults and supplier delays can affect them.

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work, before the vehicle is released, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Vehicles remain our lien until payment is settled in full, to the extent permitted by UAE law.

6. Warranty

Our standard service warranty is a 3-month / 6,000km warranty, whichever comes first, covering the workmanship and the parts we supplied for the job in question.

Some services carry different terms, which are stated on the relevant service page. Body and paint work carries a longer paint warranty, and batteries carry the manufacturer's own warranty period for the product supplied.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, or consumable items such as fluids, filters, brake pads, wipers and tyres worn through use
• Faults arising from parts you supplied yourself
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, racing or off-road use
• Work carried out on the same component by another workshop after ours
• Pre-existing faults we identified and you chose not to repair
• Consequential losses such as lost income, hire car costs or missed appointments

To claim under warranty, contact us with your invoice and we will inspect the vehicle. Warranty repairs are carried out by us.

7. Parts

We use genuine or equivalent-quality parts and will tell you which we are fitting. Where a part carries its own manufacturer warranty, that warranty applies in addition to ours and is subject to the manufacturer's terms.

Replaced parts are disposed of unless you ask us to keep them for you at the time of booking.

8. Your vehicle and your responsibilities

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to have it repaired, and that it is legally registered and insured.

Please remove valuables and personal belongings before handing over the vehicle. We are not responsible for items left inside it.

You are responsible for giving us accurate information about the vehicle and its history. Some faults are intermittent or hidden, and inaccurate information can lead to a misdiagnosis.

9. Vehicle collection and storage

Please collect your vehicle promptly once we notify you that the work is complete. Where a vehicle is left with us well beyond completion without agreement, we may charge reasonable storage.

10. Cancellations and no-shows

You can cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us. Where we have already ordered a special-order part specifically for your vehicle, we may pass on the cost if it cannot be returned.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Complaints

If something is not right, contact us at info@fixgo.ae or +971 52 140 2646 and give us the chance to put it right. We would rather fix a problem than argue about it.

13. This website

The content, branding and images on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Vehicle manufacturer names are used descriptively to indicate the makes we service; we are an independent workshop and are not an authorised dealer for, or affiliated with, any manufacturer.

Reviews, ratings and case studies shown on the site describe past work and are not a guarantee of a particular outcome for your vehicle.

We may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you book is the version that applies to that booking.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
