1. Who we are

FixGo Auto Repairing & Maintenance LLC ("FIXGO", "we", "us") operates https://fixgo.ae and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We are based in Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This policy is published in English, which is the governing version.

2. What we collect

When you submit the quote form on this website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The service you selected
• Your car make and model
• Which page or form the request came from

We do not ask for your email address, home address, payment card details or ID documents through this website. If you give us any of those separately - for example when you bring the vehicle in, or by email - we use them only for that job.

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we hold the contents of that conversation so we can answer you and keep a record of the work.

Like any website, ours and our hosting provider's servers automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used for security and to keep the site working.

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your quote request and arrange the work
• Contact you about your booking, your vehicle and the work we did
• Keep service records, invoices and warranty history
• Meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations
• Understand how the website is used, so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal data.

4. The WhatsApp step in our quote form

When you submit the quote form, it sends your details to us and then opens WhatsApp with a message pre-filled so you can start the conversation. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp unless you choose to send that message. If you do, that conversation is also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager on this site, which loads analytics and advertising tags from Google. These may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure how the site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Our contact section embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find the workshop. Google may set cookies when that frame loads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some measurement will be incomplete.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it:

• Our website hosting provider, which serves this site and keeps server logs
• Our database provider, where quote requests are stored
• Our transactional email provider, which delivers the notification of your quote request to our team
• Google, for website analytics, advertising measurement and the embedded map
• WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there
• Parts suppliers and specialist subcontractors, where a job requires it - limited to what they need to supply the part or do the work
• Professional advisers and authorities, where we are required by law

Some of these providers process data on servers outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's contractual data protection commitments.

7. How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become bookings are kept while they are still commercially useful and then deleted.

Records relating to work we carried out - invoices, service history, warranty records - are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.

8. Your rights

Under UAE data protection law you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct it if it is wrong or out of date
• Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop using it for marketing
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave

Email info@fixgo.ae and we will deal with your request. We may need to verify who you are first, so that we do not disclose someone else's data.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including restricting who on our team can access it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us over the internet.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults arranging vehicle repairs. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
