Compensation: AED 12,000–15,000 / month + performance incentives up to AED 6,000
Key responsibilities
Manage technician schedules and dispatch operations
Resolve operational issues and service challenges
Develop and optimise CRM and operational systems
Lead and manage technician and administrative staff
Oversee cash position, payments, invoices and expense management
Track revenue, efficiency and KPIs
Manage supplier relationships and the vehicle fleet
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Execute expansion and scaling initiatives
Requirements

Problem-solving ability under pressure
Operations experience (automotive, fleet, logistics or field service preferred)
An organised, resourceful professional to manage parts sourcing, supplier relationships and inventory coordination that keeps daily repair operations moving.

Key responsibilities
Source automotive parts quickly based on technician requirements
Identify correct parts using VIN numbers and specifications
Compare suppliers for the best pricing, availability and quality
Ensure prompt parts delivery to technicians
Build and maintain supplier relationships
Negotiate pricing, discounts and delivery terms
Monitor supplier performance and identify new suppliers
Track commonly used parts and consumables
Maintain structured purchasing systems and accurate records
Requirements
Previous automotive parts procurement or advising experience
Strong knowledge of automotive components and suppliers
Ability to identify correct parts from vehicle information
Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Nice to have
Automotive workshop or repair-business background
Familiarity with UAE parts catalogues and supplier networks
Knowledge of Japanese, Korean and European vehicle brands
